Hey welcome aboard MCJ. Not sure about other Arizonians, but there are a few active military personnel, and a slew of vets around these parts. Best we could do on short notice.

I look forward to reading your stuff.

    EDIT: P.S. - Careful of KOZ. He's trouble. :)

MCJ welcome to the board. Just watch yourself around the bunker in the bullshit forum as we just installed razor wire and some trap doors.

Been down to MCAS Yuma...Not much to look at at in Yuma atleast San Diego is closer of a drive for you guys...A new bar franchise opened up in Goodyear off the I-10 (Mcdowell and Dysart) Buffalo Wild Wings. It is not a bad place to watch a game and wings aren't bad...The only bad thing is the ridiculous Cards fans and not sure it being a new bar, how the TV setup will be during the regular season.

Welcome MCJ. I'm former miltary (Vietnam 1969). Was a US Army combat advisor to the ARVN's in the Mekong Delta for the entire calendar year '69. Combat Infantryman's Badge, Bronze Star, Jump Wings (82nd Airborne Division), achieved the rank of 1st Lieutenant.

Keep your flak jacket and M-16 handy. You're going to need them around here.

My nieces husband is a Navy MD assigned to a unit out of Camp Lejune. He served in Iraq & was in one of Saddam palaces. Like others welcome to the board & thanks to you & your buddies for what you have done to protect us.

Welcome aboard! USAF Viet era vet. When I was in Okinawa, we didn't go downtown the day the eagle shitted. Payday was when they let the jarheads out of their cages! Honest tho.... the marines went wild on payday, and once the blew their paychecks, would go looking for AF weenies to roll.

Oh... I see Champ replied here.... well, I have a scond cousin who's daughter married a guy who's brother knows someone that is an Army Lt in the armored division (forget which one) in Iraq. does that count?

    Anyways, welcome aboard!
