    NY Yankees (53-31) @ Seattle Mariners (34-50)

    Gm 1: Pettite vs. Vargas
    Gm 2: Hughes vs. Lee
    Gm 3: Vazquez vs. Hernandez
    Gm 4: Sabathia vs. Rowland-Smith

Interesting match ups here. Seattle made us look pretty laughable last time around in NY and Lee and Hernandez are tough as they come. A series split wouldn't be surprising, if our offense shows up I see us taking 3/4.

YES Network devoting way too much of the game to LeBron Talk.

Do they not get that many people are watching baseball to get away from that stuff?

Both teams have stranded a lot of baserunners.

    1-0 Seattle in the 8th.

The Yanks tied it up. Yay!

They did it on a rally-killing double play. Boo!

ARod with the clutch 2 run single. Love it when that happens.

Nice W for the Yanks. Pettite gives way to Rivera, it'll never get old.

Yep. They showed the replay three times and he's still questioning the call.

Maybe live I could see not being sure if it hit Swisher, but on the replay it was clear as day.

    Seattle bullpen implodes again.

Pettitte and Vargas both pitched well, but they did have to pitch out of trouble a bunch of times.

Hopefully Lee will never face us again but still pitches tonight.

Someone texted me that Lee was spotted near the stadium in Seattle with a "I <3 NY" t-shirt on and luggage.

Everywhere I look this deal is "imminent." The only thing is, one condition is that Lee not face us tonight, and that the Yankees have presented their final offer. If someone else overpays, we lose him.

I also heard that Jayson Werth was on the way to NY with his wife. :eek:hmy:

What a way to completely outshine LeBron.

Lee will pitch the first 2 innings against the Yanks tonight as a Mariner, then he'll pitch the last 7 in pinstripes to beat Seattle.
