So who is left in free agency to protect our QB's. Who will we be targeting in the draft? I was wondering why we never looked at Gallery before the Pats signd him.

Our first draft pick will not be one for the Offense. Our first pick will be most likely be an OLB. One that can finally rush the passer like we have needed for the longest time. We need to address our defensive holes

Tony Pauline over at SI and DraftInsider was saying that David DeCastro is being projected as a right tackle for some teams. At the moment, he's the highest rated guard in the draft.

I would love a guy with that kind of skill and versatility for this offensive line. If Slauson isn't fully recovered, he can start off at LG. If Hunter continues to suck, he'd be a good option to take over there ASAP. Seems like a failsafe option

They may go after an RT in round 2 or 3 but all indications point to a Ducasse/Hunter competition in TC. Not sure if Tebow can play RT maybe his fans will tell us.

I think we'll address it late in the draft, and let Vlad\Wayne duke it out for the spot. First 2 choices are gonna be a pass rusher and a FS, then maybe Braylon will be along with his rehab

What about Kareem McKenzie as a stop gap for a year or two?

Maybe he would come back home for a fair price. Even at 33 he is way better than those two.

Kareem Mackenzie gave up more pressures last year than Hunter, apparently. He was incredibly bad and won't improve the position at all.

I agree there. I think we hold off on the RT spot till the 3rd day of the draft and see what Vlad can show us this year before spending a high draft pick on the OL. I think we go OLB in 1st, cover safety in 2nd, and WR or ILB in 3rd. We may take a look at Edwards simply because he haven't shied away from looking in to players coming off injury. We may even bring back Leonhard and let the rookie safety learn for a year. I wouldn't mind such a draft.

Awesome, we'll have a Wop on Defense AND offense!

    Forza Italia!

....although DeCastro could be Spanish as well.

The Jets could have a legit OT fall to their in the 2nd. I'd love to see that.

We arent signing any FA RT, we are going with whos currently on the roster. The only OLman I see us drafting in the 1st 3 rounds is DeCastro, and he likely wont be there... So pretty much dont count on any significant player to be added.

I sure hope Jets don't draft an RB in the 2nd round.

I agree but we're not going to sign a solid #2 back and unless he makes HUGE progress Joe McKnight nor Bilal Powell will be complemetary to Shonn Greene so we prob should draft one fairly high
