For the last two months all of us jet fans have been guessing, praying, scheming, strategizing and in some cases right down demanding what the FO should do on draft day. Trade up, down, QB, no QB, OL vs DL, you name it. We have become the alter ego of the FO, with some of the members actually believing they could do a better job than Tannie and Mangini. God help us survive the week so we can confirm what all of us know will happen come draft day.
    A) Some jet fans will booo no matter who we pick
    B) Some will second guess who we missed, some who we took, some will not give the selection a chance, some will be in heaven, some will be in hell. All will pray and hope these kids can develop into studs in 3 months.
    C) Some will critize the FO, some will applaude them, some will start worrying about the next phase as to how quickly we sign them.
    D) Some will demand more trades, some will go back in history and bring back the blunders of the past and forget the sucesses.
    E) The dark siders will be fuming and the bright siders delighted.
But all of us deep in our hearts know one thing for sure, make no mistake, ...that we have no clue what the new FO will do. We can only guess, and pray and hope that since we don't know what is best for the team in the long run, that the FO does. We also know that whatever we do on draft day, it will be far better than if Herm was still here.
    Go Jets

That is all probably true, but why did you feel the need to state the obvious?

Why closed? Nothing wrong with the thread. It is better than the crap that some people have been posting.

By the way LAJet, nice post, a little poetic even.

It takes three years to be able to analyze any draft.
