go with Hilliard and Davis Hilliard has developed into a solid Fantasy WR. And with the tough Panthers Run-D. Tampa will need some production out of there passing game to have a chance. And Garcia always finds a way to get the ball to his WRs. And Davis had a ton of looks last week. He was clearly Rosenfelds favorite target. I tried to pick him up this week, but he?s taken in all my leagues. Texans my have to throw a lot, cuz i think LT will have a great game. Both Texans WRs should produce this week.
