Although, I find it hard to believe Revis is second in the league at times thrown at...that can't be true can it?
not sure what the left scale 'QB rating means' exactly, but lower is better. revis christ has the lowest left scale rating and had 'almost' the most balls thrown his way. am i reading this right?
Ok, even in "elite" company, Revis was second highest in thrown at? It's not hard to remember how many times Revis was thrown at, 100-120 seems high
Yeah it does still seem high, he was challenged a lot this year though. Following the #1 Receiver everywhere while facing so many elite WRs bumped his numbers up, and he also broke the NFL record for most PDs in a season and he had to be tested to do that....I'm not sure about this graph though.
it actually is true. rexs schemes this year rolled the coverages opposite revis and dared teams to throw to their number one receivers. part of the reason why revis led the league in passes defensed
Asos stats dont show the whole picture. He doesnt get a lot of ints so yeah that makes that low. But the biggest reason that his # is so high is because only short passes get completed on him. So he had a 75% completion rate on passes thrown his way (which is ABSURDLY high) but if you look at the yardage allowed by aso on the whole season, its very small. Hes not as good as Revis, but he still had a great season
