I sold my soul to the devil. I picked 5th overall in a 14 team league. My heart said to go with Addai, but my head said Brady. In a 14 team league, teams tend to be so diluted, I figured I had to take the biggest scorer, regardless of position. Plus with my history of injuries to my high picks, I figured if it happened again at least it wouldn't be all bad. My RBs ended up really weak, but I think it was worth the gamble. Nobody's team looks great in this league except the guy with #1 overall. QB: Brady, Warner RB: Bush, Kevin Smith, DeAngelo Williams, McCallister, L. Jordan WR: Fitzgerald, A. Gonzalez, Crayton, Stallworth, Meachem TE: Winslow K: Dawson D: Tampa Bay Start: 1 QB, 2RBs, 2WRs, 1 WR/RB/TE flex, 1TE, 1K, 1D
Ya I like the Brady pick at 5. Overall a good solid team. You'll live and die with Brady (though I guess that's not a bad thing)
would've gone addai, now look at your RB's... i would've just settled for a middle class QB and gone addai in a second.
That was my dillema. Brady+Bush or Addai+Brees, in rounds 1 & 3. Given the production of RBs last year, I decided to go Brady & then Fitz when he fell into my lap in late round 2. There's so many RB by committee situations, that few seem that great.
i guess fitz if he was there late 2 makes sense... but addai brees is huge! brees is a top tier QB too i think and addai is going to get catches, runs , TD's obviously, i dunno i think it was a no brainer... i know my strategy is not take the elite QB's and see who falls.
Ya but Brady is money in the bank. Fantasy Football is so unpredictable, but Brady is as sure a thing as there's ever going to be
No. Most wanted a PPR league, but the Commish didn't want partial points. He likes whole points because he likes ties. It's very yardage heavy though.
