With all the negativity going around (rightfully so, we are awful right now) I thought I would bring up some a positive aspect of the Jets. Ryan Quagmire Quigley has been one of the best if not the best punter in the league. Top 5 for punts inside the 20, #4 in punt avg. He's made a big improvement from last year.

    Yeaahhhhhhhhh....

Agreed. We need to build a team around this beast.

If our defense could generate turnovers (and maybe defend a pass now and then) we could punt on first down.

It's funny because at the beginning of th season, I thought the guy sucked. He's been a really nice surprise.

Offense sure is giving him plenty of real estate of work with.

Lets see how he does when he punts from midfield.

This is the perfect season for a punter that was absolutely dogshit to turn into a good player.

He was kept because he's pretty good at directional punting, his weakness was distance and hang time.

I'm guessing we cut him at the end of the season.
