Did anyone happen to see a replay that actually showed the ball hit the ground? I know it looked like he did drop it, but I didn't see a single replay that actually showed the ball hit the ground. It was called a TD on the field so if they don't have that replay it should have stood, right?
I saw the ball pop loose but no replay showed it touching the ground. For all we know, it could of laid on the defenders arm. I dont know how they overturned that...
I never saw it touch the ground, I saw him have it, then it ended up in the defenders hands or something. Cant change the past.
I mean, Gates is awful, but if they don't have the video of the ball hitting the ground how the fuck are they overturning the call on the field?
both the defender and receiver's hands were up in the air when they both were on the ground. Neither had the ball and it looked as if the ball was on the ground when viewed from the outside shot (not zoomed in).
Didn't see it on the ground, but saw both of his arms away from the ball. Only had one real place to go. I thought it would be incomplete when I first saw the replay.
except it could have been on the defender. You have to have conclusive evidence, not circumstantial evidence.
No replay showed the ball hitting the ground, however that doesn't matter since god hates the jets and that play only gets overturned if it's a jet scoring against NE if that's victor cruz he dances for 10 minutes and they don't even review it
The guy should have been cut before they hit the tunnel. Still haven't seen the evidence of the ball on the ground other than "it must have been"
You saw the defender wasn't under him. Besides, does anyone here actually believe Gates caught the ball?
I never saw it touch the ground, but I was watching on my laptop so not the best quality. I saw both guys have 0 hands on the ball and you assume it's on the ground, but never saw it on the ground. There must have been angle we couldn't see that showed it because you need conclusive evidence.
