the good---sanchez----someone put up a chart comparing sanchez and eli in their 2nd and 3rd years----almost the same defense ranked 5th best in giving up fewest total yards and 5th best in giving up the fewest passing yards greene----he got 1000 yards----pretty good the bad----even though jets ranked pretty good in defensive stats they let tebow go 90 yards in last minutes of game------jets stop him----we are in the playoffs---------jets let miami drive 90 yards for td -----5 times they converted on 3rd and 10------mcknight got no yardage in a rb position-----holmes and plax only caught 48 passes each-----should have had 70 the ugly---cowboys---pats--ravens-raiders-eagles tore up our defense the worst----for each of the past 3 years jets offense rated about 20th best---THE OC MUST BE FIRED
The Ravens did not tear up our D. Our D was outstanding that night, they put up more points than our offense.
I'd hesitate to call the defense outstanding in the Baltimore game. I'll give a pass for being on the field a lot but outstanding would have been keeping them off the board minus the pick six
The jets didn't lose the denver game and tebow didn't win it. It was a setup by the league. Paying on 4 days rest after a typically emotional pats game means the d gets a pass for that game. I wish ppl would stop citing that anomaly as par for the season.
The D should get a pass for the Denver game for multiple reasons. 1) The offense spotted Denver 10 pts (pick six + FG drive that started in FG range) 2) They held Denver to two first downs in fifty+ fuckin minutes. If the offense was even MINUTELY competent they win that game. 3) Sick of ppl bitching about one bad drive when the other side of the ball sucks it up ALL game. Get a grip.
