Rodgers looks pretty decent so far, he can play in this league for sure, he's no Favre right now but he can win games with his supporting cast.

Packers are still contenders in the NFC. Imagine a Jets-Packers SB?????

Rodgers is going to be a really good QB. Besides – why all the hate for Rogers around here? It wasn’t his call to ship off Favre and had Green Bay not have…that game ending int that Chad threw yesterday would have been to a Dolphin defender.

If it weren't for Rodgers doing well, we wouldn't have Favre right now. You people should be rooting for him out of gratitude.

Good point, I don't mind if both sides are happy at the end of this.

he looked really good against Dallas last year. They lost, but the only reason they were in the game is because Favre got injured. Favre was playing awful and Rodgers came in and put them right back in the game.

That's why I thought it was a wise decision to get rid of Favre if he refused to retire. Rodgers is good. I know it's blasphemy, but I'd rather have him than Favre.

Agreed. The Packers as a franchise know how to handle QB's it seems...Rogers is going to be another really good QB. Given his age, I wish the Packers bought more into that Favre magic...aka been a little more ignorant and short sighted.

Man, Allan disappointed eveeeeryone with no tackles at all...wish I got to watch the game but I'm taking a night class.

Why? Even if they brought Favre back they would have never released or traded Rogers and even if they did the Jets would have never traded for or signed him.

I was presenting a perfect Jets world fantasy scenario...that'd be too good to be true...which is why it wasn't and had no real shot to be.

Why bother? We'd just need to do it again next week. Might as well just leave it there all season and save everyone a lot of trouble.

I'll get the crowbar to help remove it, but only because we need another foot to shove in Faderjoke's ass in another thread!

It's not a foot, but you can expect nothing else from a bandwagon fan.
