Couple of close losses. They'll rack up some wins this year.

They should but he's playing with two below average QBs right now. It's only a matter of time before they get McCoy in. They have a lot of talent on offense right now besides the QB.

I love Mangini. He gave us Mark Sanchez, Brodney Pool, and Braylon Edwards.

3 of our biggest performers today.

Colt McCoy sucks. I'm pretty sure they've said he was drafted to be a long term backup.

They've said that?? That would be insane if they actually said those words.

I think he would have also given us Shaun Rogers if Holmgren wasn't there holding his leash.

They'll probably do better than the Lions, but that's not saying much

Imagine how much better Cleveland will be next year after Mangini gets fired. Our defense went from average to the best without him. It's amazing how much better a team can play when players like their coach and enjoy playing football.

Mangini is right out of the Belichik school of football. Unfortunately there's only one Tom Brady, without whom the title of this thread would likely be Belichik still sucks.

Meh... the Lions actually put points on the board... too bad for their atrocious secondary...

Oh and they need to draft a franchise LT, Stafford can't get killed every season!

Didnt this chump take down a Jim Brown painting or statue or something when he first came?

His ways are too ridiculous and the players dont respect him.

I don't hate the guy, I just think he has a long way to go before he becomes a solid head coach.

To think Delhomme was a good idea was hilarious.

At least his running game is okay.

He is a position coach, no different then herm.

He inherited a crappy team in Cleveland. Given some time I think he will do ok, especially with Holmgren as the GM there. I'm not sure he's going to survive this losing season though.

I just don't see any evidence that he is an NFL head coach - his teams are wildly inconsistent, and almost never win games that they aren't supposed to win.

To be honest, I don't see any evidence that he's anything special as a coordinator, either - his one year as defensive coordinator for the Pats (17th in points allowed, 26th in yards allowed) was their worst year in the past 15. His only real successes were as a defensive backs coach. I think he is an excellent example of the Peter Principle - he's been promoted to his level of incompetence.
