The defense better remember last night's performance this all the way down to the final whistle of the season. I'm not jumping off the defensive bandwagon, because it's only one game (even if it was the fucking Dolphins), but this better humble them, and only make them stronger. I'm fucking positive Rex is going to be whispering the names Ronnie Brown and Chad Henne is his defense's ears the rest of the season. And right down to end of the season, they better get fucking pissed. Because they're better than that, and I'm sure they're embarrassed by last night. And they better blow the fucking Bills out of the water. They need to get back on the horse right away, and fucking the Bills up is the only way to do it.
So everytime we lose we are going to say "it could be something good"? Look at the posts after the Saints game. The same was said.
bro you better run...losing like this is not a good thing at all. But yes, the jets defense failed on national television. I bet thats on the mind of every one of those leaders on D.
Well, that my fucking point. For the guy before you, this wasn't the Saints, but I'm sure you had to figure that out by now.
I feel like they worked the offense all week long and the Def was sitting around half assing laughing at the wildcat... The O got its shit together seriously the D looked like a joke to be honest.. and wow cotchery reinjured himself...not good at all. He needs to sit for the Bills, and Raiders and heal himself up. Also kind of sucks this was on National TV lol... During the pregame there were no words at all about Miami all the pregame was WOW the Jets def is one of the best. Yeah i'am talking shit on my team, but i still love the jets wont ever turn into a giant fan
They didn't collapse after that game, in fact didn't we go 4-out-of-5 or 5-in-a-row after that? This ain't the same team. Unlike Mangina, Ryan will/should harp on this game and they should be ready to tear people apart at the mere mention of this game.
Another thing I heard was, "The Dolphins are gonna get spanked because the Jets are pissed about losing to NO..." blah blah blah. And now everyone is saying that same thing, "The Jets are gonna take their anger out on the Bills..." blah blah blah
I agree, no excuses, this team should be 6-2 going into the bye week. BUF and OAK should be easy wins, and we should absolutely beat the Fins at home. No slip ups.
As Jets fans we should all know there's a difference between losing to the Saints in the Dome, especially an undefeated New Orlreans, and losing to the Miami fucking Dolphins on national TV. If you don't know the difference I don't know what board I've been reading and posting on for the last year. There's a HUGE difference, and I'm sure every guy in that locker room, especially the defensive guys, knows that shit. And, I'd like to think, all of you know the difference, too.
Yeah thats right my fault, but regardless we should be winning games like this, every season we lose like 3 or 4 games that we should win, but regardless we need to beat the Bills, I swear to God if we get an L against them my faith will be destroyed
sanchez learned from his mistakes....he was the reason we lost (along with schotty) and the line. geuss what? they played better it was the D's turn..... it would have been nice if it collectively happened in one game but unfortunately the two most important units had to screw up separately on back to back games. don't expect a repeat performance
Losing a nonconference game in october based on a couple of easily correctable mistakes by a rookie qb isnt the end of the world. Losing to a divisional foe because you can't keep their offense off the field after 4 weeks of elite defensive performances is very problematic.
I think there is plenty of reason to be worried after this game. This is exactly the kind of game that the SOJs would normally lose. I'm not saying that this isn't a different team, but they really need to prove that they can win the games that they should before I can get my hopes up for anything significant. Sure, the defense can have a bad game now and then, but when your "elite" defense comes up with 0 sacks, 0 ints, and 0 forced fumbles and doesn't even lay a finger on the QB all day, something went seriously wrong. I really hope they come back to form and crush the Bills, but for now we just have to wait and see which team shows up next week.
