I Am Interested In Knowing Your Opinion On The "buffalo Bills" Playing In Toronto Next Season. With The Looming Possibiltity Of Them Actualy Becoming "the Toronto Bills" Or Some Other Name. If Your Like Me, The Only Time I See The Jets Is When They Play The Bills Every Year. If They Do Move ,would You Still Go Through The Effort Of Going To Canada The See The Team (remember Your Passports). By The Way, I Heared On The News Last Night That Rochester Is Trying To Get (give Me A Break) Another Fast Ferry To Toronto. It Would Make Going To The Game A Lot Easier For Rochester Jets Fans. I Love Toronto And It's Way Better Than Orchard Park. Opinions?

I'm not from the area, though I do have extended family (jets fans as well) that live upstate.

They'll still go to Bills/Jets games in Toronto, heck my cousin told me he'd enjoy it more. Toronto is a much more interesting daytrip than Buffalo, which is a dying city.

I'm from Rochester. They're really gonna sink more money into another Fast Ferry? I went on the last one, and it was awesome!!!

Bills will never go to Toronto.

    Where in Rochester are you?

I'm from near Rochester, and Bills/Jets are the only games I've ever been two, and they really are a blast, I was at the Chad Morton 2 kick return for td's a few years back, it was great. I know plenty of Bills fans and they are dreading these Toronto games, while they still believe in the long run they will still be the Buffalo Bills in Ralph Wilson stadium, but they do have that lasting fear that the Bills will move to Toronto. In which case many fans will be incredibly pissed off. Also I am against getting other countries involved in the NFL anyways, it leads to more dysfunction among the NFL squads already in existence and to me the NFL has always been an American thing...

I'm from Rochester and I don't want to see the Bills move to Toronto. My family and I left Rochester due to the horrible economy in the region and I don't want to see the Bills leave Buffalo for this reason. The Bills leaving Buffalo would cause the upstate economy to be even worse, causing a huge hole in restaurants visited by fans going to a game, hotels, I-90 tolls, etc.

As far as another fast ferry, Duffy should be impeached if they do something like that again. The whole problem was not people going from Rochester to Toronto, rather no one going from Toronto to Rochester. Why would anyone want to visit Rochester?

I live in East Irondequoit and work at Strong Hospital.

Yes, it has been on the news that the City of Rochester is looking to get another fast ferry to be at the port of Rochester WITHOUT TAXPAYER MONEY. Businesses in that area like the ideal, but with some skepticism as you can imagine.

I personally would like the Bills in Toronto because simply it?s a better city to go to. And if any of you central and western ny jets fans have been to a jets game at "the Ralph", Bills fan has the tendency to act like an a$$ during the game by lobbing beer and starting fights. I think it is a given that that won't happen in Toronto. Toronto is one of the nicest, cleanest cities I have ever been to.

I live in West Irondequoit and my wife works at Strong. I am glad to see the Bills leave Buffalo. It's nothing against the organization or the true fans, but it has everything to do with the a-holes that hassle me every year. I've been going to Bill's/Jets games in Buffalo since 1991. The stories I have are incredible. They are the scum of the earth and don't deserve a team.

I'm grew up in Victor, and owned a house out in Clifton Springs. Don't live there anymore, I live in Alabama now, unless you wanna get together for a drink at CHristmas, or when the Jets play Tennessee....

Exactly my point, Jetdic. Every year I go, they always tell you "Better not were your jersey and hats or else". They lob beer or just want to straight up punch you in the face. They have security and there drunk friends to save there neck in a scuffle. But if it was just them by themselves on the street and you had your jersey on, it would be a different story. Like you, I have nothing against the organization or the true fans. I love the fact that the Bills have there Training Camp at St. John Fisher and think it's great for Rochester. But if a fan supporting another team comes to your stadium HELPING BY THE WAY YOUR SLUPPING ECONOMY AND ATTENDENCE, gets pelted with beer and food, does that city really deserve a team. I don't see such a scenario happening in Toronto.

You serious? I had no idea you were in Rochester. I live in Webster, and work in Victor.

EDIT: Nevermind, I see you live in Alabama now.

I live in Buffalo, and everyone here is pissed to all hell about these games in Toronto. They've been in the league forever, and it would seem unfair to everyone if they just moved to Toronto because the owner's stubbornness.

An "American thing"?. The NFL would love nothing better than to have a permanent team in Toronto..NFL football is huge north of the border and Toronto would instantly become Canada's team and that is a market of 30 million people. Besides, we do love other thing besides hockey.
