Mine would be 1. Doug Brien - Need i say more? .. 2. Ty Law - 10 Intos were over rated. His Greed @ss and taking day offs because he is special. I also hate it when he refers himself to the 3rd person 3. Blair Thomas - OMG ..
I havent been on here long but i think this thread was done recently...but ill go with Anthony "cant catch the ball" Becht Paul hackett/Herman Edwards (i Figured id combine 2 horrible coaches) Justin Mcariens replaced Curtis Conway
I would say Becht too, but last year i kinda missed his blocking. Jolley wasnt doin crap after the Touchdown Maker went down
1)Doug Brien 2)Ty Law 3)Doug Jolley I would put Becht up there but I'm not frankly because like FITM, I miss his blocking. However, Paul Hackett is in a category of his own.
1. doug brien- i will never EVER forgive him for the pittsburgh game 2. anthony becht- hands of stone 3. bj askew - you drove out jerald sowell and rich kotite goes without saying honorable mention: ray lucas
I already posted but I'm reading through the thread and I see Becht, Brien and Jolley. I really feel old and I'm in my late 20's. You kids are lucky because you never got to see some of the really bad Jet players and guys that made you want to pull a gun out. Some of the notables Jonnie Mitchell Johnny Lam Jones Mark Gasteneau (if you think Brien is bad watch a tape of the 1986 playoff game vs. the Browns) Granted he was a great player when he wanted to play but the key is when he wanted to.
How could you put Ray Lucas on that list? At least he always gave it his all and was pretty good for us in 97' if you don't remember. If it wasn't for barry sanders and a stupid hb pass by Leon Johnson called by parcells that was picked in the endzone we would have gotten in.
