Mark it down. We will beat the Bills, Vikings, Dolphins and Raiders. And go all the way to the superbowl!!!:jets:
The Bills game worries me, and I'm very glad it's at home. I like our odds, though. Except for the Super Bowl talk. That's just crazy.
I think the key is winning against Buffalo next week and going into that last 3 game stretch only needing to win 2. It is going to be very difficult to run the table, especially with two games back to back against Minnesota and Miami
I'll add Miami to the worry list as well. The NFL is an "Any Given Sunday" type of league and in the division this becomes even more true.
It's possible. And what do Die Hard fans do? Root for their team all the way to the SB and win it. Ya gotta have faith.:jets: :jets:
You are just like me PWSBJ. I have faith in this team. Sure, I know when it's needed to "discipline" the team when they do wrong, but I never lose faith in them. Here's to winning the next 4 games, and maybe even more!
This not as far fetched as it may seem on the surface(As long as the Jets don't have to play Jacksonville..lol!). No team in the AFC is unbeatable. If the Jets win the next four that will make the Jets a very hot and confident team going into the playoffs. I really believe that Mangini's gameplans + Chad AT qb+the way the defense has played lately= the Jets having a good chance in any game. The Jets have already beaten NE in NE and played well against Indy. If the Jets do go 11-5 I think they at least make it to the AFC championship game. If they go 10-6 they might win in the first round, but not the second.
I am completely for this thread. I almost feel like this is some kind of jinxed thread though. I dont care though. Optimism will only make this team stronger, and if they can surpass the "experts" predictions by so much already, why not? JUST WHY NOT? We could be the next Steelers, but without the next season flop. *Crosses fingers*
I stand by what I said in that rediculous "Shaken faith in the new regime" thread after the Chicago game. http://forums.theganggreen.com/showpost.php?p=359689&postcount=69
Why the Hell not? Coaches tell players that it is a one game at a time thing so why can't we look at it the same way. We won this week. This week is over. Next week is now this week and last week we had this same conversation. EVERY week scares me. I'm a JET fan. But I think we can do it. So I say "Hooray for someone else who is a JET fan cheering on the team and what we can do if we play the game 1) Mangini scripts, and 2) we are capable of playing". Yup. GO JETS!!
I agree with that... I just think that Minnesota away could be a little bit of a problem.. however, i just heard that they have one of the worst pass defenses so I'm giving us a bettr shot in that one
We've only won more than 10 games three times in our entire history. Hopefully, 2006 will be the fourth.
