Sorry for starting a new thread, but I am in a sports bar and can't hear what they are saying about Sanchez' injury. What is the scoop?
Apparently he hurt his knee on the dive for the 1st down.. had an x-ray, then came out of the room and was walking with a trainer and a trainer had a brace in his hand. He questionable at best to return.
a college dr on another board said the tests they did looked bad.... who knows..... but, uggggghhhhh.
"That anterior drawer test on Sanchez looked positive to me from what I see on TV. Educated guess says ACL tear. Possibly can be PCL, but uncommon." This guy used to be a trainer at LSU...
Ya, that's a pretty crazy assumption. When I had xrays on my knee, the Dr looked at them for a few minutes upclose.
I cannot believe the people in this thread.. They performed a test to check for ACL tears.. DOESN'T MEAN HE HAS ONE.. and I don't know what kind of genious doctor this guy claims to be.. but if he has the ability to properly diagnose an injury from a three second clip on a television set, he's ridiculous.. I'll just wait till i get a CREDIBLE source... and post right here in this thread..
Not necessarily, I recently tore my PCL on a freak play (which looked similar to Sanchez) and I played the rest of the game. It blew up the next day. BTW he did have a little bit of a limp or had a hitch that could be a partial tear of a ligament.
