Hence the addition of "Other (Specify)". I got your back.

I voted "Other" but only because there wasn't an "All of the above" option.

Yesterday was a total team loss. Defense played like trash, OL played like trash, Hackett/Saleh/Ulbrich got outcoached massively, Zach fell apart after we got down 3 scores, Breece only got 4 touches all day. I could go on but almost nothing about yesterday was good.

Felt like the only person who wasn't a total waste of space yesterday was GW but he and ZW both got neutered in the 1st quarter by Hackett's ultra-conservative opening script that clearly did not work and got us behind the 8-ball early.

I think for me the most disheartening thing actually was seeing the Jets defense just simply get walked down the field like it was 2018 or something all over again. And generated almost no impact plays or turnovers.

The other stuff I guess we can't exactly put on our shocked faces over but that I didn't anticipate.

    Saleh and Ulbrich.

When Brandin Cooks was out, they should have had Sauce shadow Lamb. When Lamb dominated the first possession, the adjustment should have been made.

Plenty of other challenges, but against Dallas, a "championship defense" needs to step up. The defense did not. Refs were brutal too.

Not sure why Zach was an option??? The Zach narrative is off base here. He played fine against Dallas.

I didn't like the offensive game plan so I'm saying Hackett/coaching as #1 culprit. Against an elite D with the game's best rusher:
    - 5-wide on 1st down was infuriating. Why let the defense pin their ears back especially with the great 1-2 punch we have at RB? Awful.
    - We have a damn FB on the roster and some great blocking TEs. Why was there seemingly no help for the OL? This is a tough assignment for any OL yet alone with the problems the Jets has.
-4 touches for Breece Hall is sickening

Defense wasn't great but they kept them in it earlier. Needed more from the O.

I thought Zach played fine in the 1st half and early 3rd quarter (good by his standards). Hit the easy ones, made some good throws, took care of the football, used his legs.

If Sauce catches that ball it's a whole new game. I didn't think he played bad though.

Oh and the roughing call was atrocious. Referees sucked...

Voted "other" ... for whoever was in charge of the decision of not putting Sauce or Reed on Lamb.

I voted other for the exact same reason. Saleh and Ulbrich should have made the adjustment after Dallas’s first series. Sauce is severely under utilized.

I voted Hackett, but really it should've been Saleh and Hackett. Hackett's game plan and in game adjustments were horrible, and the fact that Saleh either didn't know enough to overrule him, or just was hands off, makes him just as, if not more, guilty because he's supposed to be the HEAD Coach, not just the DC.

Zach failed to step up and make a difference again, but that wasn't the biggest problem. The Game plan/play calling, the OL, key mistakes by the D - Sauce's drop of a sure pick 6 that would've likely turned the game around; failing to recover that fumble that was recovered by a Dallas OL who ran 20 yards upfield to get it; key penalties that allowed Dallas to continue drives and score a TD.

But the easiest thing to do is blame Zach, and believe that they can find a better QB at this point. Jet fans are nothing if not delusional.

Neither the eye test nor statistics support your contention. What did you have in mind?

Saleh makes no in game adjustments he just stands on the sidelines and goes with whatever the coordinators say. He might have some insight on D, but anytime I see him he’s being a cheerleader instead of a HC

Robert Saleh for just giving Duane Brown the starting LT when he hadn't done anything in camp while making the rest of the team "earn" their positions.

He actually said that. Wow. What exactly would get him worried about it. We've already lost Rodgers and have seen his backup take a beating through two games. Do Wilson and Boyle both have to go down before he becomes worried?

I intentionally didn't watch it because I just didn't want to listen to whatever excuses they came up with for this debacle. Seems I was right to avoid it. :D

I feel like this is getting somewhat overlooked due to the lack of production from the offense.

I don't want to say the defense was objectively bad but by their standards they were bad. I know the Cowboys are a good team but this defense shouldn't let up 30 points to anyone. Especially when you factor in that Zach's big mistakes didn't happen until we were down 3 scores in the 4th. It's not like Zach threw those 3 picks early and kept putting the D on a short field. Dallas' 3 scoring drives in the 1st half went for 75 yards, 78 yards, and 75 yards respectively. Dallas just drove it down their throats in the first half. I'm hoping Saleh, Ulbrich, and everyone on the D took that film personally and will do everything they can to make sure that never happens again.

Yes! And it wasn't like some cornerback blew an assignment and the Cowboy guy ran the whole field and your left thinking "well... if we just didn't make that one little mistake".....

This was just methodical disassembly 4, 6, 7 yards at a time and it almost felt like watching a professional butcher breaking down a pig half one expert cut at a time. Prescott was like 13 for 13 or something in the first half at one point and it just wasn't apparent that the Jets had any particularly good answers or solutions for any of it. It was very disheartening to watch.

And then of course in classic Jets fashion they finally manage to make a stand and JFM gets one of the singular worst RTP calls in NFL history on him. There is zero doubt in my mind if the ref was able to watch that replay in slow motion he would have been "oops... missed that one bad"

I went with “Other”. Every single person associated with this team from the front office to the players to the fans had a completely joyless experience
