Tomlinson And Kerley Practice, While DeVito Sits Out

Both RB LaDainian Tomlinson and WR Jeremy Kerley practiced earlier today and looked ready to go. Rex Ryan expects both players to be active for Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins. DT Mike DeVito and OL Vlad Ducasse both sat out today's session. DeVito has been ruled out for Sunday's game. Ducasse is expected to suit up.

Jets offensive consultant Tom Moore was out on the practice field today. Moore, the longtime Colts offensive coordinator, was hired by the Jets in the offseason. He usually works from his home in South Carolina, watching film and then sharing his observations with the Jets coaches. A Jets spokesman said this visit was planned. It is not because the team's offense (ranked 24th in the league) has struggled to find success in recent weeks.
