I'm up for whatever, we can put it to a vote with a few other things and see what everyone thinks. Things we need to settle: keeper league, buy-in price, whether we will have single or double elimination in playoffs.
I like keeper leagues, especially when there is a buy-in. What type of keeper league? Value-based, position-based, or just regular? And how many? Right now, I am in one that does 3 and each maintains the value from last season. So if you keep Peterson, then he is your first round pick, but if you keep someone undrafted or waiver wire, then they are your last round pick. The draft is very different because the typical first rounders are not available for the first round inflating the value of the guys that are taken in the first (I took Reggie Wayne in the first round last year). Since, I am already in one of these, I'd rather not do one like it. Instead, I'd like to do four keepers with some sort of position requirement. Maybe required QB, RB, WR, and TE/K/D. That is more like the NFL. After the keepers are set, we can allow trades for players and draft picks. Maybe even allow owners to pick up an unkept player from another team and drop one of their keepers in case they are unhappy with their choices, but there would need to be some sort of penalty, like a lose of a draft pick or something. I'm also game for an auction league with value-based keepers.
I am flexible on the type of keeper league, I am in one that you can up to 4 Keepers that count as your first 4 picks so if you keep only 3 you get to pick in what would be the 4th round while those who kept 4 have to wait until the 5th round. We have always let people trade players for draft picks so if you have 5 guys who are "keepers" you can turn one into an extra early pick. as for buy in I am good with whatever is agreed upon (within reason). and I would vote for single elimination in the playoffs.

Single elimination it is, I like this better myself since it allows for 2 more regular season games what about buy-in, how much we putting in?
Maximum I want to commit to is $20. How about transactions... Limit on how many? Transaction fees? I'd prefer none and none.
Still looking to fill some spots. Any interest out there? DR,H? How about setting up the league and sending out the invites?
