Remember the constant updates the first few weeks when Sam was rushing for TD's? Where did those guys go? Yesterday he got fucking benched for some dude no one has ever heard of. The other thing that (doesn't) surprise me is that there wasn't single word mentioned about that train wreck of QB play out of Fields yesterday. He was atrocious. He was Zack Wilson vs the Patriots atrocious. He turned the ball over 5 times! He's on a much better team than the Jets. Shit, Chicago won 8 games last year. We won 2. Do you think they are calling for Fields' head in Chicago? I doubt it. I still think Fields will be a good QB and he played an outstanding defense yesterday. But man he looked terrible.

Right now we own the #4 and #8 picks. That Seattle pick will be volatile, but I think the Jets are likely to fall as low as #3. Not sure we can beat out Detroit and/or Houston in the Top 2 slots. But we should be neck-and-neck with Jax for 3/4 and after that most of the teams at 5 and below currently are likely to win at least 2-3 more wins (Giants, Eagles, etc.). Key is the Seattle pick. If they go winless with Geno, Russell Wilson may just bag the season by taking off the entire year. Either way, the team may tank mentally. Even if they start winning, the pick which was originally thought to be in the 20's, is unlikely to be below 15 or so. I still think it is a Top 10 pick.
