Russell Wilson was always a system QB with exactly one system he played well in. He was very good in that system but it's not clear that the Broncos acquired the system when they traded for Wilson. This is an excellent description of the system:

I'm more curious as to how many more games Rhule gets as HC. I think he's an awful leader, nothing is ever his fault and has no problem blaming players... But he seems to not be a good coach either as his teams just suck. He's a college only HC
