except that's still not enough value, didn't we give 13 and 20 or picks around there, plus a 4th for the 4th pick 3 years ago? 15 and 22 means the other pick is at least a 3, or future 2nd rounder

we shud trade the #4 overall for #8-15 Overall - and get DEANGELO WILLIAMS - for another 2nd rounder
