Even tho there wasn't a "ceremony" I started to tear up after they played some videos on the video boards and when the brought out that Tuesday's kids foundation. I lost it during the anthem. I had no one directly involved during that day, but it's still something that stings.
Is it not my right to throw away the jersey of any Jet player that sits or kneels for the National Anthem (on 9/11 of all days) if I choose? If you don't see what is wrong with not standing for the national anthem and disrespecting the flag ESPECIALLY on 9/11 is all about then you must not have lost anyone defending your freedom or serving your country. Sad
My issue is not with the innocent loss of life...my issue is with those who refuse to even consider the possibility that those blamed may have been guilt free. Name 1 war that the US fought in only in the spirit of freedom justice and equality? Im just asking as a student of history that people open their minds and be able to admit that our government has done countless of godless acts against humanity and therefore any and all so called conspiracry theories should be considered.
I would think aside from being suckered punched by the fucking Japs, The US involvement on the European front in WWII was pretty much about freedom and justice unless you think Hitler's ethnic cleansing doesn't go against freedom.
