You couldn't be more wrong about the talent. We have talent. The problem is that a lot of it is on IR and most of the rest is young and learning.
This is one of the most untalented rosters in the NFL - it may have some promising pieces for the future like AVT or Elijah Moore but as it stands we don't have a handful of players that would start on most decent teams in the NFL - feel free to list them all if you think otherwise
Shouldn't these threads just be called "Duds". I don't think this team has anything that could even remotely be called a "Stud".
It's not talented but the point is that it's definitely a more talented roster than last year yet the team is just as bad if not worse. That means the coaching is abysmal.
Today was a CLEAR case of the JETS getting out Coached on every single level... AND Let's remember, Buffalo and the JETS started "rebuilding" at the same time... the JETS tapped out after 2. This organization really is pathetic.
Saying that this team was outcoached implies that this team is coached at all. It's hard to call people who can't get a 4th and 1 play off in under 40-seconds and who think that it's a good idea to put a guy off the bench like Guidry on Diggs 1-on-1 down by the goal line (and then continue to put him on Diggs later in the game) "coaches". Coach is a title that you have to earn and these morons on the Jets, quite frankly, haven't.
Well this is a defense that the Seahawks ran and I remember Sherman was dinged because he never followed WR’s around. Hall basically lines up on one side of the field and Echols the other. Echols has struggled lately, and Guidry had decent coverage but leaving him one on one on Diggs is just asking for it. But these are ALL young corners. Dunn was responsible for the one pick as he played in zone. With Echols hurt, maybe Dunn can get some run on the outside.
