I agree but that is the crux of the issue, they will 100% draft a QB because it's the only chance Glenn has. There is no way we don't take a QB at 2, would love to be wrong but I would bet my house on it.
In my book a "real reporter" probably has a degree in journalism and has been gainfully employed in the field for a number of years, works for an organization that has existed longer than a couple of years and is credentialed by the organizations about which he/she will be reporting. A real reporter will have constant interaction with other journalists, league and team officials and players, past and present. It does not include anyone working out of his parents' basement simply because he got a bigass microphone for Christmas and has limited or no access to those about whom he is creating content. You are entitled to your own opinion, at whatever "notch" you choose to place it; I am perfectly comfortable at my notch regardless of what you think I "need" to do. I note that you did nothing to identify any of your "MULITIPLE" (sic) sources and have not seen fit to even hint at what qualifications you require them to have. In regard to your highly emphasized final statement, I'll ask what you know about the terms and conditions of his hiring. Would that matter to you at all?

It seems to take constant reminders for you to understand that the GM controls the roster - any "destruction" would be at the hands of the General Manager, not the Head Coach. For the "sake of argument" here, do you realize that Aaron Glenn is eight years younger than Harbaugh, thirteen years younger than Reid and twenty years younger than Carroll? Are you aware the ten winningest coaches since the merger coached until an average age of 64 but two of them are still active so that is trending higher? How old are you that you think 53 is too old to do the job effectively? What do the positional needs of the team have to do with the age of the Coach?
What makes you believe the Jets function in a normal, logical way the way a normal football organization is run? Just because their titles say this and that? Glenn was hired before Mougey also Mougey is much, much younger than Coach A.G. I do believe Mougey worked the trades (after Coach told him he didn't want them on the team anymore) which is why they worked out great in terms of compensation for the Jets, I do believe he's the one drafting the players. He looks like a keeper. This is Coach A.G.s show. Rodgers was his call. Fields was his call. He may be 53 but he looks 60+. A normal organization would've hired Mougey the GM first then allowed him to hire his own head coach.
