    It was his pass blocking that went to waste, he let up something like 7 sacks which was a high among OGs. At his best, Fanaca while a pile driver could also pull with the best of them.

    When he went to Arizona his production dropped off completely. More than anything losing him cost us a mental edge, he was a tough guy and really set the tone.

    As a marathon runner myself, I am very impressed but his weight loss / training. But he is so big that he must take 1 step for every 3 steps a normal runner would take.

    D'Brick will probably be the same way as far as weight loss just by how much trouble he had putting pounds on when we came here.

    thats impressive.

    and really speaks to what these guys do or allow to happen to them to play the game. i think far more guys never get anywhere close to healthy after they retire, there are hundreds who remain fat or get fatter for every mark schlereth.

    LOL....look at those stick legs. Hard to believe those were the legs of a stud NFL offensive lineman.
