Or we can get a downfield receiver that is a great run blocker and have our QB do things under our new OC that he did in college which resulted in plenty of downfield plays. Floyd isn't my top option, but he's far from a bad selection if there at 16. Unless Ingram is there, and he won't be.

Sanchez can throw him the ball while Tebow stays in the backfield and blocks whomever gets by Hunter :)

That's already a given and what Ryan meant when he said he wants to go back to ground and pound. He realized last year he doesn't have a quarterback.

I find this odd as well. You basically aren't allowed to put a finger on the QB or touch the WR's anymore. As a result, QB's are throwing for STUPID amounts of yards (10 QB's over 4,000 yards.....3 over 5,000 last year). Despite this, the Jets want to build a ground and pound team. Odd. I hope it works.

It's what you do when you don't like your QB.

It's what happens when you have a shitty completion rate... This goes for BOTH QB's

Amen!!! I want a right tackle, if we were to trade up I want the RT from USC that I believe is projected to go to the Vikes.

I know every one wants a pass rusher but the right side of our o-line is shyte. Don't forget Mario Williams is now a member of the Bills....

I'll be happy with anything the Jets do, honestly.

According to Cimini, Upshaw isn't even a possibility. That he's not big enough, not fast enough. That at 32 Giants probably wouldn't even take him.

Looks like Ingram, Floyd, or OL.

I think in the end, we trade back with Detroit and get Hightower before Baltimore and Pittsburgh can do anything about it.

I would bet that most of the pre-draft draft news is BS. The Jets D was pretty good last year, although not dominant. Some of the dropoff from the previous years probably was due to being on the field A LOT. Let's face it - the offense SUCKED! They need O-line badly. I would bet they heavily draft O-Lineman for that reason.

Your ignorant... Need to protect the QB so he can make some throws... SKillset players only go as far as their O line. This game is won in th trenches ... All that flash on the outside is nothing without a OL

This, people jumping for the flash people are fools, we need to fix our O line and D line first.

Latest rumbling: #Jets showing strong interest in Syracuse DE/OLB Chandler Jones. Willing to trade up for him, per source.

    Talk about a bad idea.

Hopefully misinformation to get people to pick Jones early. I dont get why people like Jones so much. No more small school players. Start drafting from Alabama please.
