    not this fan.
you don't draft one dimensional players that high imo......especially if they are not outstanding at that dimension.
......and that was before i knew he was this soft.

btw, i had labrum surgery, and am surprised they didn't want to use short term IR on him.
he doesn't block anyway, and it would have been possible for him to be back out there by Dec..
he's probably just not worth it..

well they obviously won't be suiting up with just Cumberland in the reg. season. they'll sign someone. Hopefully a decent vet that lost his job due to other team's overvaluing youth. Either way who ever they sign isn't going to be drastically worse than Amaro

not a "huge blow" and from the looks of it.. we already have another H-back on the roster we weren't planning on in Enunwa

most receiving yards in a single season by a tight end. the hell do you mean he wasn't outstanding at his dimension?

He's still calling him out on his "stupid comment".....the one where Amaro basically said the team lacked discipline last year....the same thing echoed be others

he's a plodder, and not very athletic.
his hands aren't great, and he doesn't use that size to box out defenders or high point passes.

not a virtual mismatch regardless of coverage like a Graham or Gates......guys like that are open even when they aren't.

Haha you come on! How many good ones are there? Gronk, Graham, Kelce in KC? Not many. Maybe you think I meant they are as important as QB's? I didn't say that. Just said it is hard to find quality ones these days.

Gronk, Graham, Maybe Thomas are really the only top tier tight ends in the league right now and they are exceptional at their position.

The rest are middle of the pack / mediocre at best and Amaro had.... has a good shot at over taking them when he's healthy.

Is TE a target in next year's draft? Cumberland is one dimensional and average at that dimension at best, Amaro is arguably just as one dimensional despite reports of improved blocking and is missing out on his entire second year in the NFL.

Do we try to land Hunter Henry or OJ Howard next year?

I don't even want Cumberland on the field, when he is Fitzpatrick acts like he is obligated to throw it to him which undoubtedly ends up as an incompletion so I hope they find somebody.

I think you just said the Jets in general. Wasn't a Idzik fan but the Jets havent had to many good drafts before Idzik.

I wouldn't be surprised if we traded for someone at this point. No depth whatsoever and certainly no blocking TE.

Brandon Marshall is our best non-OL blocker at the moment.
