Thank goodness the Browns are the worst team in the NFL.

 

How do you come out so flat against the worst team in the NFL? The Jets should have had a field day against the Browns instead of just sqeaking out a victory against a very poor team.

 

You are ignoring the fact that the Jets are also a very poor team.

 

There are coaches that maintain stoic expressions all game long but look intelligent while doing it, I don't think Bowles is one of them, he just looks lost.

 

I am pretty much done with Bowles as of today although we won today. I hope he surprises me and improves but I doubt it. I hope Woody can make a better choice next time.

 

So, is there a point somewhere in all this?

Let's see: halftime adjustments, signature win, trap game, clock management can we come up with more talk show nonsense. You win with players. The Pats win because they have Brady and the Packers win because they have Rodgers. At the end of the season the teams with the top QB's will be standing. That's why the NFL is losing viewers because it has become, because of the rules, a quarterback centered game. Defense is nice but lets face it without a top QB you are going nowhere.

 

The Broncos of last year beg to differ though. Sometimes you can get away with it but more often than not, you need a top 10 qb. Something this team will never have.

 

Get one. They haven't had one since Joe Namath. Unfortunately, there are not many available. I know it will not happen but I wish they would change the rules and allow the Dbacks to press cover 10 yds. downfield instead of five. They have sold out to the fantasy players who need stats. Boring game.

 

Seriously it's infuriating. Why punt it back to them?

Honestly, we didn't deserve to win the the flag parade in some of these games is really what has been driving me away for years.

 

It really makes no sense. Even they didn't convert on 4th down you can still make a stop and keep it a one score game. We needed a TD either way. I'm worried he really doesn't know what he's doing

Punting on 4th and 14 deep in your own territory with 5 minutes left and 2 timeouts isn't a bad decision. The problem was that the defense couldn't get a stop.

 

He's clueless and I hope he doesn't last another year. They looked terrible out there today.
