I think Dez is better too but his attitude puts him behind DT for me.

Dallas has a tough choice cause Dez and Murray are both candidates for the franchise tag.

I think Thomas could be persuaded to leave Denver cause of Peyton's age and if they win the Superbowl this year. Id imagine he'd want to go to a team with a somewhat capable QB though so that might take us out of the running.

    $$ talks though.

in the two offseason's JI has been running the team, he's had one opportunity to spend a bit more, and he did, he got Eric Decker, the most expensive WR on the market. he's cautious with who he spends on, but if thats any indication he WILL do it, if the player is worthy.

johnson? hell yeah, theres no question he's worth it. JI may actually be a guy that likes looking for the biggest fish rather than a passive aggressively upper tier player. we just don't have the number of off seasons to see that.

I just find the idea of him lowballing a true elite player quite laughable. Just because he doesn't pay out the ear for, at the time, passive aggressively upper tier FA's like DRC, that doesn't mean he won't give a good player their due.

I dont think any of them need persuasion, they will go where the money is. They are coming off their rookie contracts so it will go to the highest bidder. If Elway is smart, he will part ways Thomas. He is a solid receiver but I dont think you invest big money into him, the offense will survive without him.

He spent very sensible money on a possession receiver with above average skills and upside.

For Megatron, he would have to make a record breaking contract. Injuries or no injuries.

Please tell me you think he would do that. It's been a bad day and I need a laugh.

If there's even a chance he leaves Detroit why wouldn't they just trade him first?
