Does anyone think that since Jags is fired, and it seems that he really wants back into the NFL, that BC letting him go is actually a good thing for the Jets? I don't know anything about this guy, but maybe he would want to come on as a coordinator for us at least instead of another college gig or an NFL job outside of the east.

they said he would take a NFL position in any capacity.... so he would take a job as a coordinator too.

    I think ESPN said it.

the guy wanted out of BC, and clearly wants back in the NFL. just because you are enthralled with the position doesn't mean he is as well. there was no risk, he'll get a job which he will clearly prefer more than the HC position he has now, and get paid. please explain, from the perspective of what he clearly prefers, not what you do, where his risk is? the guy is already linked possibly to the OC position in Seattle. that's an upgrade over a HC job where your boss threatens your job.
