I think Mangini is one of those guys thats nice if you put the work in for him. He gives it all in training camp, preparing and gameplanning; and he asks his players to too. I think he works them hard but he can also have fun. Its one of those things like we can have fun and work hard at the same time...BUT if the work slacks 1 inch, i will rip your head off. NO MORE FUN. This approach requires mature players who can handle having fun and working when its time to work. I think the Jets have that and its refreshing to see.
