I agree. You can see some of the things he's done are starting to work. He's got a great eye for talent, and that team needed discipline....kind of like the 2009 Jets team.
As we speak, he's humping his wife flat, trying to pump out a kid by the draft just so he can name it "Holmgren Lerner Mangini".
At least through the Jets game next year. After that I'd prefer he went to a team we play the year after that.
Brady Quinn done for the season... NO WAY they win another game... On a sidenote Mangini is a great guy to start a team with. A) Makes players learn discipline B) Can get the best out of relatively unknown guys who are willing to work their asses off C) Gets so much hate from the team that when he actually leaves players are motivated because they now how bad it is to work for a guy like Mangini and they don't want to go back to that. The only thing you have to worry about is.... KEEP HIM OUT OF THE DRAFT ROOM or miniature Napoleon will draft workout wonder after workout wonder. If I had to start a franchise from 0 I'd want him as a coach for the first 2 years... after that get a proper HC and off to a decade of super-bowls
D'Brickashaw Ferguson Nick Mangold Leon Washington Eric Smith Darrelle Revis David Harris Dustin Keller Dwight Lowery He and Tannenbaum have brought in Mike DeVito and James Ihedigbo as well
I don't get it... people hate on Mangini around here like he stole their dog from them, or humped their wives or girlfriends. It's crazy. Of all the hate that gets thrown at cast off Jets, I get the hate for Favre, but everyone else just seems like such an overreaction to people who never wanted anything but good things for us as fans and for the team.
