For me, the Pats dynasty lasted from 2001-2004 and no longer. You can't be a dynasty if you're not winning anything.
The dynasty is clearly over, that doesn't mean you won't win this year but you don't get continuation from 2004 and no you don't get credit for going 18-0 and then choking in the SB against a 10-6 team.
Oh I get it we have to go by how a Jet fan defines a dynasty. The same simple minded Jet fans that belive they are a Super Bowl contender every off-season no matter what their pathetic organization does. The same simple minded Jet fans that have made prediction after prediction on how the Patriots would fall apart from year to year. "this coach loss, that player loss" Pats fans have heard it all. I can only imagine how hard it is for Jet fans to watch the Patriots make move after move to fill holes and most of them work, while their own team can barely get a top 5 pick right. Jet fans have been talking about how much worse the Patriots are and how much better the Jets are every off-season for the last 8 years. It's gotten so bad for most Jet fans their boards are no longer places to talk real football, they are places to dream and get lost in the Fantasy world that has clearly been so much better for them than the real season.
uh..what moves did you make this year to fill holes? Specifically for your OL which is falling apart and your defensive backfield which has already fallen apart.
