That, and will Shonn Greene carry us for an entire year. I think we'll be good, but I don't see a return to the AFC CHampionship.
Next time I have a poll i'll make sure i'll have that option just for you and only you man  This season is critical for Greene and his health, I think we should let LT feast on the weaker run defense teams, but we have to make sure we don't run Greene to the ground like we did with Jones, I say around 275-300 carries at the most, unless we want the 370 carry curse
I am more psyched than I was prior to the 1999 season, meaning, this is the most psyched I've EVER been before a season. Also, that was the only option offering beer.
I generally agree, especially your point about Henne. He put up very mediocre numbers behind a strong running game, before durability issues cropped up there. The wish in Miami is that Henne will be an upgrade for the foreseeable future. I think not so much.
We are Super Bowl contenders, we are a championship team. We just need to play like one. There is not a team in this league that the Jets cannot beat. I don't feel like it is Super Bowl or bust because we do have the core of the team here for a little bit but if we fail to make the AFCCG again or Super Bowl I'm gonna be one depressed fuck.
Now that's a true Jets Fan right there........ Only a REAL Jets fan can be "pessimistically optimistic" Nice one fozzi.......
Aren't these the same? Middle of the season Sanchez, stunk. considering Kendall didn't play last year, I only see an upside.
I'm trying to keep myself from being extremely excited as all my friends are telling me that we are going to the ship, but I don't want to hype myself up. I hate all the hype around this team right now. Too many band wagoners, too many front runners, hard knocks, to much publicity for this team for me to like it so I am trying to keep myself mellow about it.
