i thought the same thing...but people are just too instable, depressed and easily influenced around here

Christ. Fans are excited when the team wins and pissed off when the team loses. This isn't rocket science, but the way it is. Lighten up.
Agree with you 100%. We had a bad game. But the Jets are 8-4, in 1st place in the AFC East. Did you guys really want to win out and go into the playoffs with 10 straight wins or whatever? Every team is due to lose at some point, look at the Pats last season. All the Jets need to do is get into the playoffs and then anything can happen. We don't need a bye or home field advantage or whatever. We just need to get into the playoffs and play good football, which we are capable of doing. And we proved we can win back to back games on the road, which is huge. We beat NE and TENN back to back on the road. That's like winning 2 playoff games in a row. We proved we can do it, so let's just make the playoffs and hope we can do it again. Let's just sit back and enjoy the ride.
This thread is awful. There are several dozen of this exact type of thread, and even more in terms of posts. There are far more people like the OP than the people he is talking about, and this entire thread is an imaginary elitism circle jerk. All I've seen since the loss is this type of thread. Yeah I agree this board gets unreadable...because of the people posting in this thread. You people are absolutely intolerable. I know the internet is full of stupid people and many message boards tend to attract that type...but damn try to at least chill out a but. It's been almost 4 days since the loss, you'd think people would start talking about the game on Sunday instead of circle jerking about how they are "like soooooo much better" than "those guys."
Yet you are posting in *this* thread which has no reason to exist, especially right now. Forget this thread and just post in that other one. Again, I'd take this thread far more seriously if somebody would link to all these posts everyone here is complaining about, preferably within the last day since this thread has so much activity. I don't think I read this board since Sunday and obviously today. Maybe I just wound up missing everything. On second thought, I don't really care, but this thread needs to go and people need to just worry about the Niners for now instead of complaining about other Jets fans. I have always advocated that we're all Jets fans and nobody should be attacking one another.
