He got chances, just didn't do a lot with them.

I like this post but sorry to say KC has nobody to blame but himself for his present standing & past standing on the team :jets:

I thought Clemons played better than Sanchez in the pre-season. His balls were on target more often and had more zip to them. Not a big time frame window, but I also liked his scramble for the TD with the Bills. I don't think Sanchez would have made that scramble, I think Sanchez based on what I've seen him do this season, would have scrambled to find time and then just end up throwing it away.

I would feel bad for him but he's a millionaire who gets to watch my favorite from the best seat in the house. That is what made him a millionaire too, so I'm happy that he might get a ring this year.

    Good for Kellen

Great day for Brunell to show he can still sling the rock. Good for him too.

Still hoping Chad P comes back as a QB coach. Yes I am a Chad fan/apologist but I am 100% behind Mark being our #1 for a long time.

I'm pretty sure his contract is up after this year. At least that's what Tannenbaum told him on Hard Knocks.

He's a RFA, but that might change with the new CBA.

Yeah I feel Clemens gets blasted here way too much. If I was to pick, I'd pick Clemens as Sanchez's backup. I don't think he'll be staying here next year and I hope he gets a starting gig elsewhere if he leaves. I sure would like to see what it was that we drafted him in the 2nd.

I have always wanted to see what he could do playing behind a good OL with good receivers and a running game.

watch the Jets/Bucs game from last season......that will give you every indication why Clemens isn't a starter in this league.

Hope so. I was happy for him Sunday too.

I'd imagine Brunell will stick around next year as well though, and Clemens shouldn't be content being #3 again. He ought to try his luck somewhere else.

Besides, Ainge ought to be out of rehab again by July.

Not really, but it's an excellent example of why Martyball doesn't win games.

KC is a solid #2 for the simple reason that he knows the system. His accuracy is suspect as his decision making - he throws way too many balls away.
