I rewatched it, there was not any malicious helmet contact. He clearly hit him in the Shoulder area and Hernandez's helmet facemask glanced the helmet of the DB... How can the Officials call that H2H? If that's the case, every tackle is H2H. It is a clear pussification call because of the violent hit. So now, you hit a guy over the middle to hard and you get flagged. This is NOT what I pay to watch man...

The rule isn't malicious, it is any helmet to helmet contact on a defenseless receiver, there was pretty clear contact.
