Well he went from a great corner to a below average corner in a very quick time span. He signed here because we offered the most. His life is now set and he can milk injuries on and off for the rest of his time here, he has no incentive to do well, So now that his family is set his health is his main concern.

ill take back my comments when he stops getting torched by moncrief level talents , until then I will stay with my gut thought that he has stopped trying.

If anything you are offending the poor man by saying he is working his ass off only to get burned by moncrief

He was good in press coverage with the Rams but overall he was the 15th ranked CB in the league,,,,I watched him play last year and I have watched this year ,,,have you ? It was easy for the Rams to let him walk

He has played okay in the limited viewing I have seen but I would still prefer they launched Nickerson into the team and see if he has anything more than promise.

I mean that just means you don’t follow football lol. He’s always been a talented inconsistent dude who gives up plays but at the top of his game can be shutdown, just doesn’t happen enough. He’s been mediocre at best this year.

Skrine has allowed at least a 94 qb rating in his coverage each of his last 4 years. This year he’s given up 16/206/1 on 21 targets. All the effort in the world doesn’t mean shit if you suck at football. Terrible signing. He’s the 4th highest paid player on the team hahaha

yes i watched him. as an avid FF player i've avoided starting WRs facing the rams the past few years because of him. most WRs have had their worst day facing trumaine. we just arne't using him well

if he sucked he wouldn't be in the NFL. do you see how often nickel backs get shredded in the NFL? why do you think offense slide their top WRs into the slot to face nickel backs. it's just the way the NFL is today geared mostly to offense

Lol @ if he sucked he wouldn’t be in the nfl. Well yeah. Didn’t think I’d have to mention that I mean he sucks as an nfl player. And yeah....it’s harder to guard guys in the slot. Those numbers are still terrible for a slot cb.

i'd hardly say that. he's a good slot DB but he's gone after this season anyway so it's a moot point. hopefully nickerson can take over that role. i like his potential
