I have no problem with Tangini bringing in players they are comfortable with and know the system, these are players groomed in the mold we want to implement, its all good.
I like the moves we've made so far. We're bringing in good character guys who know how to win and have Superbowl rings. Yes we are rebuilding, but you need some veteran leadership on the team as well, especially with a young, new coach. Never under-estimate the intangibles.

Any coach is going to go get players he knows and is familiar with. To expect otherwise is to be naive. They know EXACTLY what they are getting. (cept fer maybe Parcells with Feruson in Dallas , heheheheh) Coaches will cherry pick their old teams for inexpensive value based players. And, it's a smart thing to do.
