I'm practicing reading lips, and I think I'm getting better. As far as I can tell, Mike Holmgrem just said, "That's ball, Chet!" Although, I'm not sure who Chet is. Hasselbeck seemed to be yelling for a vacuum - "Vack!. . . Vack!" I'm sure he had a good reason.
