Trying to make some potential dough on the side, I see. It's America. Go for it. I am sure your some of your stuff sounds better than what is out there.
Keep the show as is...24/7 kills every coaches pre game show in the league. Some are just downright awful. Can't stand the ones that have the coach and the reporter in some sheesy studio with 50 fans there making every thing so rosey. With Sunday Ticket I see all of them at one point or another. nick Saban sits in a directors chair with a stupid Miami Flag hanging on the wall talking to some dufface. Carolina, Green Bay and Tom Coughlin are horrendus as well.
Most def, This is what I do....... Check my site out whan ya got time, take a listen. I have all types of styles on there from House to rock.. a little Jay-z  LOL...Great points. I think they Just want to make it better though.
Here's a Quick Hilight theme I did last night. I'll be doing a few more in different styles and adding them to the player throughout the week. Feel free to Critique... >> Royal Tee's 24/7 <<
We need the show in Connecticut, Hell EM is a Ct guy..work out he deal with comcast or whoe very..I saw it NY and would love watch it from the comfort of my barcalounger..you feelin me dawg!!HB
Any chance you can have Ukranian subtitles at the bottom of the screen? I have an uncle who's a football nut, but throws his shoes through the TV every week because he can't understand what the hell is being said. As for theme music. Call me sentimental, or a child of the 80's, but one song gets me really pumped for an event such as a football game is currently used for the Indy 500 intro music- that's right, theme from the Delta Force movie with Chuck Norris. Yeah Royaltee I know, some might call it cheesy Harold Faltermeyer music, but it kicks, especially when coupled with the right event.
Dude, I love nostalgic Music. Axel F was the shiznit...lol Don't really know the song you're referring to but there are a few Old tunes that are definitely Worthy of still being used.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGYfPZ4o4-E&mode=related&search= Here's the song- it's set to some cheesy English soccer matches, after 1:20 it turns into true 80's keyboard riffs, but I think you'll see what I mean about the first minute and a half...
Hey Jets 24-7, I am an Assistant Producer/Editor at an Ad. Agency just outside NYC in Jersey. I have done a bunch of work for shows of a similar genre, and like you, always am looking for feedback because it can always be better. First off, good idea coming to the fans. The show itself could be marketed a bit better, you just do not hear much about it, I myseld use my DVR and watch it when i get the chance. The show overall is well put together, much better than a lot of the stuff out there. I think doing some more player features would be fun. A lot of what we know about the players is what we gather ourselves from personal inference, and from what the Broadcasters and Analysts let us in on during the game or the week long media trip. I have seen some interesting sequences, getting to know a certain player or coach, but always feel as though they could be developed even more. An idea for a show(not sure if this has been done, can't watch um all.) Would be a week in the life of a player or coach. Take us through from Sunday night after the game, til the following Sunday just before the game. This would accomplish both what I mentioned above, and provide the viewer with a TON of info. we have no access to. Couple of the guys have mentioned doing some blurbs on the X's and O's of the NYJ. This is not such a bad idea, just have to be careful you have the correct b-roll, and the budget for some graphic work to keep it interesting and informative for those who do not know the game as well as the "gurus" around here. Maybe some simple 3D Renders, showing the play develop and using a animation like the Pass Trac you see on ESPN Monday Football. I do not mean to tell you how to do your job, I realize you are more than capable, but you have a great job, and its not everyday you get to add some input into a show you personally enjoy. Let me know if I can help ya out in any way, take it easy. RC
