I really hope not unless he wants to come here at a bargain price of around $6 mill, which he won't. He's a solid player but he's not going to be worth the $10+ mill he's going to command per year. You don't pay that for 'solid' players IMO.
That'd be nice and sure would help. Maybe Bowles has some familiarity with Culliver too. It looks like Culliver is garnishing some attention out there too. Culliver has a little baggage also. I think at this point guys like Pauline are throwing spit balls at the wall to see what sticks and to draw attention to themselves
It makes sense if we approach this offseason by signing vets on defense to fill in the gaps. We have our young nucleus there with our front 4, Pryor, Davis, Allen, and Milliner and McDougle even though people still don't want to give them a chance. Sign a couple veteran corners and linebackers and draft heavy on the offensive side of the ball to create our young nucleus there and let them grow together. It's good to see as hopefully then we will have some continuity on the offensive side of ball in terms of players brought up in the same system together.
