The media would LOVE if we brought back Alosi.

I believe Cavanaugh's contract is up. That would make him an ex-Jet at this point unless they decide to rehire him.

teams love to fire their conditioning coaches---as if anybody cared. they also like to lay off office workers. it's bizarre, they like to take things out on employees who have nothing to do with their failure.

Yes, it would give them something to write about until the next press conference!

I'd be happier if they fired the whole scouting department.

They still might... Firing strength coach & firing scouting dept are not mutually exclusive.

Not sure folks but after the 6-10 cluster fuk this I didn't think the 1st 2 firings would be the gm and the strength coach.

The media is having a field day with the jets this year and its gonna continue.

That's because other decisions -- fate of OC, DC, HC -- will be in the hands on the new GM, whenever Woody hires him.

Are you in a rush or something?

Why not? He was right, they are idiots!

Now Woody can fix that with a good GM hire. And I would vote for bringing back Alosi. They made the point when they fired him; he doesn't have to be punished forever.

Woody is trying to undo the circus atmosphere (Self inflected, not the fault of the media) and bringing back Alosi would do that how???

Stop dancing around the firings. Cavanaugh should have been first and Sparano a nanosecond later.

Has Manish tweeted yet about how many players complained to him during the season about strength and conditioning sessions being s**t?
