Jets hiring software engineer

    This position also fits me to a T. I['ve been doing .NET and SQL Server dev for years. If they'd let me work from Rochester, and pay me a decent enough wage, I'd take it in a heartbeat. I don't think they'd pay too well, though.

    Definitely not.. job description (1 yr exp) sounds entry level-ish. I live 20 minutes from where they will be in June 2008, but I work from HOME now and work for an association that pays me decently.

    Interesting that they're making a point of wanting someone in (near) Uniondale, since presumably that person would have to relocate in a year anyway to NJ (or, more likely, use the experience to get a better job).

    I agree, since it says it right in the job description that they'd relocate to NJ. I bet someone who loves football and lives near the new center in FP takes the job and commutes for a year.

    The Jets are obviously trying to raid the Patriots IT department. That's just evil.

    I only work 5 minutes from home, and my pay is pretty damn good too. It'll be an exciting job for a recent college grad.
