Lol...i know you are kidding. I dont know you but i played college football, my cousin played ivy league, a politician in central jersey played guard for my team. 1 of our defensive tackles owns his own company in north jersey...and another became a state trooper. i could go on an on...football players are some of the most intelligent students on campus.
Just because they conform to a certain behavior in order to play.one of the world's most dangerous sports doesn't make them animals.
The people who molest little boys and women while pretending to be chaste...those are the animals...wouldn't you agree?

I am sure some players, especially those out of ivy league colleges are very intelligent.

I still maintain that speed, stength, toughness, etc. should be prioritized over morality or academic excellence.

I used the word animals to describe they guys I want on the team, not to insult players in general.

Limiting our targets to boy scouts and choir boys does not give us the largest pool of talent to choose from.

I see your point...and i wish those "animals" have brains and ferociuosness like the Beast on X Men...lol. Smart enough to build a jet, strong and fast enough to eliminate all adversaries.

Everyone wants Beast from X-Men but I am suggesting that it would be easier to find a guy like Sabretooth.

i am a staunch believer that these guys are paid to show up to practice, show up and perform on game days. their outside the facility life is none of anyones business. let the cops and the courts do their job, dont like the way they do it then make a stink there. the holier than thou attitude is infuriating to me.

and the pandering to the whining of a small but loud group of fans is annoying. most of them stopped watching already because of the flag, good riddance to them.
