I know you are laughing, but this is a serious point. I don't follow the college game, but it does seem like too many running Qb's are groomed for that, and the short term window playing college ball, to the detriment of their long term careers in the NFL. You quite simply can't keep it up past a certain point, risk of injury, age slowing you down. Like when Vick, who is considered still pretty quick, was chased down by that Bills linebacker. Man you just know how he felt. I think it's a fundamental difference in strategies between college and the NFL. College coaches don't have to worry about the long term with their players.
