    The New York Jets have signed former Missouri linebacker Brock Christopher to a free agent contract.

    Christopher, of Kearney, started 36 games during his four years at Missouri and registered 319 tackles. Last season, he had the second-most tackles on the Missouri defense with 105 and one sack.

    Christopher originally signed with the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted rookie free agent on Apr. 27, 2009 and was released Jun. 3.
