Yes I would. 11 QB formation. All of them throwing interceptions at the same time. Radical. Let's blow peoples minds.
How many of you people saying he sucks have actually watched him play in the past couple years? I'm curious if this is blind SOJF speculation, or actual observations that he has indeed not improved. If I remember correctly the final straw so to speak was him getting injured mid season and getting a settlement, I don't think he ever really lost his job to anyone. I've been looking to see how he performed with the Giants last season or what we actually picked up here. Dick Chimney is more excited about writing The Terminator over and over then actually doing any research or giving any real information.. It's understandable there's no way he has any connections with a team as far disconnected as the Giants.
I'm sure he's been playing amazing, since he was sitting on his couch in week 5 of the regular season.
Stats don't tell the full story, why go after the FB when you can go after the holes the Giants OLine had? The only real consistent on the OLine for them last year was Pugh, everybody else was under constant pressure from opposing defenses which help led to Eli's big INT total last season. The Giants didn't do squat in the running game nor did they protect the QB last year, two things the FB should be held accountable for along with the Oline. They kept Hynoski who came off a rough injury over Conner and Conner was out of work until now. I hope he steps in and helps out in pass protection but unless something clicked recently with the guy, I don't know.
Hah, IDGAF as long as he blows some people up on special teams. Conner is worth signing just for that. What I love is our fullback gets hurt on Sunday and we run out and sign another one by Tuesday....CB gets hurt...quick convert a safety!
Not terrible. Will probably fill in on ST too. Would have rather tried to get a FB or anyone more known as a pass catcher to help the offense, but oh well. Hopefully this doesn't signal going run heavy, gotta air it out
" In just 245 snaps, Conner earned a +9.0 Pro Football Focus grade, best on the Giants' offense and fourth overall among NFL fullbacks. His +8.7 run-blocking grade placed him third among players at his position." Welcome back Terminator.
PFF also called Kyle Wilson the best nickel cornerback in the league. Their rating system is nothing if not suspect.
Connor has not been involved in one offensive play (unless I missed it) since being re-signed. The last time he was here he would occasionally carry the ball or be targeted for a short pass. I'm not sure if every team is using a fullback regularly. It could be a dying position because these guys aren't really being used other than as a blocking back. Then why not just go with an extra offensive lineman and get an additional big body on the field. Not sure what effect Connor has since protection for the Qb has not been good. And he's a part of that.
I saw the first one, it sucked...Terminator Fail Now we have Terminator Fail 2.0 'The Terminator'...A Rex classic! gtfoh. He was an early sign of the roster going south back then after T. Rich retired. It was quite a shock watching 'The Terminator' running around lost, after watching the excellence of T. Rich It's unbelievable some of this shit
